Your data
What stays in your workspace, what is recorded, and how to remove it.
Your financial records stay in your workspace and are visible only to its members. Changes to financial records are also written to an audit log that cannot be edited, and is kept for 24 months.
When you use Ask Countorra, your question and the records needed to answer it are sent to the AI provider, Anthropic, to produce the answer. Documents you upload are read by Google Document AI or, for receipts, invoices and bills, AWS Textract. Countorra does not sell your data or use your financial data to train AI models.
