One workspace per person
Each person has one workspace; a partner or child joins yours instead of making their own.
A workspace holds one person's or one household's finances, and its data is never visible from another workspace. Each person has one: it is set up when you sign up, and there is no second one to create.
Your partner, and your children on a Family plan, join your workspace from the invitation you send in Settings → Members. Someone who joins your household keeps their own workspace only if it has a plan; one without a plan is archived when they join — kept read-only for 30 days after we email them, so they can export it, then deleted.
