Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Countorra, please tell us, privately, before anyone else. This page says how, and how to look without harming anyone.

How to report an issue

Email support@countorra.com with “Security” in the subject. Include what is needed to reproduce it: the page or address, the steps, what you expected and what happened.

Please keep the details between you and Countorra until the issue is fixed.

While you look

  • Use only your own account and your own data. Don't access, change or delete anyone else's.
  • Don't run tests that degrade the service for others, such as denial of service or high-volume automated requests.
  • Don't try to talk anyone, a Countorra user or support, into giving you access.
  • Don't connect a bank account or make a payment that isn't yours.

Rewards

There is no bug bounty program.
