The seven-day free trial
One free trial per account: a card is required, and nothing is charged if you cancel before it ends.
A new account starts its first plan with a seven-day free trial. A card is required to start, and nothing is charged during the trial.
The trial ends exactly seven days after it starts; Settings → Plan & billing shows the date and time. Cancel before then in Settings → Plan & billing and nothing is ever charged. Otherwise the plan's monthly price is charged when the trial ends, and every month after until you cancel.
There is one free trial per account, not per workspace: deleting a workspace or creating a new one does not start another. An account that has already used its trial pays from the first day.
Settings → Plan & billing always shows when your trial ends; we also send a reminder email a few days before it does.
