Usage and limits
Neither plan has a fixed limit on questions, document pages, bank connections or workspaces; the Usage page shows what has been used.
Countorra Management and Countorra Tax have no fixed limits: no cap on questions to the assistant, on active bank connections or on workspaces, and on Countorra Tax none on document pages read.
To protect the service from automated abuse, Countorra limits how quickly some things can be done — asking questions, uploading and reading documents, connecting and refreshing banks. Normal use doesn't meet these limits; if a request is refused, the message says how long to wait.
If the assistant or the document reader is busy or temporarily unavailable, the request stops without changing anything and you can try again. Your question stays in the conversation, and a document stays stored and can be read again from its page.
The Usage page shows how many questions the workspace has asked this billing month and how many banks are connected now.
