Notion

Choose Connect Notion and, in Notion's window, pick the one page Countorra may write under. Countorra adds three databases there — Transactions (your newest 500), Subscriptions and Goals — a summary page for each month, and on Countorra Tax a tax checklist. Notion lets it see that page and nothing else.

It updates every hour, writing only what changed, and Sync now updates it at once. It's one-way: Countorra never reads your other pages. Disconnect and everything it wrote stays in your Notion.
