One ZIP for the tax year: transactions with Schedule C lines, an income summary, the tax summary and your receipts.
On Taxes, choose Download for my accountant. Countorra makes the year's file in a few seconds and your browser downloads it.
Inside: transactions.xlsx (a Schedule C sheet adding up your business transactions line by line, your business transactions, and every transaction of the year), income-summary.pdf (money in by category and by month), tax-summary.pdf (the figures Countorra calculated, labelled "Calculated by Countorra; not a filed return"), a receipts folder with each receipt attached to one of the year's transactions, named by date, shop and amount, and README.txt, which says what each part is.
The file is made only for you and isn't sent anywhere. Countorra keeps it for 24 hours so the download can finish, then deletes it. A very large receipt may be left out; README.txt names it.
