Ask Countorra

Ask Countorra appears in the app as “Ask your money”. Ask a question in your own words — “how much did I spend on software this quarter?” — and it answers from the records in this workspace. Balances, totals, profit, margins and comparisons are calculated by Countorra's calculation engine; the assistant chooses what to calculate, not the result.

It can also propose changes: categorising a transaction, recording a transaction or expense, or suggesting a tax figure. None of these happens until someone with permission confirms it. It cannot delete anything, connect banks or move money.

Countorra Management and Countorra Tax have no limit on the number of questions; the Usage page shows how many have been asked this month (see “Usage and limits”).
