Using Countorra

Income and expenses

Both are kinds of transaction; totals appear on the Dashboard, in reports and in the assistant.

Countorra does not keep income and expenses in separate places. Each transaction is recorded as one or the other, so both live in Transactions.

Totals are shown on the Dashboard, in Reports, and by Ask Countorra, which can total income or expenses for any date range and compare one period with another. Figures are on a cash basis: they count transactions when they happen.
